Company Overview

Forbes Under 30 Summit is more an immersive experience than a static conference: a private music festival, A-list speakers, investor speed-pitching, industry-focused field trips, a legendary pub crawl, a world-famous food festival, and a powerful day of community service. 

With 24 content tracks and over 220 speakers, attendees were treated to incredible conversations with notable speakers like Serena Williams, Sophia Bush, Olivia Munn, Quicken Loans CEO Jay Farner, and Kevin Durant. A music festival featuring The Chainsmokers, 21 Savage, and Normani. As well as a startup hub featuring 150 exhibitors.

The Problem

Forbes needed help bringing awareness and excitement to their upcoming ’30 Under 30′ event held in Detroit, MI 2019 – 2021. Forbes needed to bring more social awareness, as this was their first time in the city of Detroit. 

The Solution

Immediately our team got to work! We curated a campaign, which helped bring more social awareness to the upcoming event. Through this campaign, we gave away tickets for two lucky winners to attend the event, in style, and free of charge.

Creating A Compelling Social Media Campaign

With the event 1.5 months away, we began constructing the campaign, we thought of a giveaway due to knowing how quickly and viral it could go. We knew Forbes being in Detroit was huge and so we wanted to give locals the opportunity to attend, by entering. This giveaway was a whopping value of ($2,390).

As for capturing content during the event. It was tough, exciting, and absolutely hard work. However, the experience was like no other, and being able to capture pictures during the event was an honor. As a team, we had a blast working with Forbes and the ‘Under30’ team. In total, we captured 1,660+ pictures during the four-day event, with 11 being published.
